You can continue to log into the Intelichart portal at any time to access or print your medical records, but no new information will be entered. Please keep your login information for this account in a safe place as your historical medical information will not be transferred over to the new portal. Click here to view old portal records.

• To comply with HIPAA privacy laws for pediatric patients, parents of children aged 0-11 will automatically be provided proxy access to their child's account. For children 12 and older, each child must have an email account on file. They may also grant access to his or her parent.
